Whiting and East Chicago Railway Company be and it is hereby ordered to pave and grade its right-of-way on 150th Street between the west line of Forsythe avenue to the center line of White' Oak Avenue with brick or cement with suitable and substantial foundation to be used in connection with modern citypavements and cause such improvement to be constructed in a substantial and workmanlike manner, that the surface of such improvement shall conform exactly to the established grade of such street and when completed shall render the said right-of-way as passable and in a good condition for the travel of vehicles as any other portion of said street. SECTION 2. Said company is here by ordered to construct and complete such improvement concurrently with the improvement of such street, which is now ordered to be imprjved by the Board of Works of said city and to complete same not later than ninety '(90) days from the passage of this ordinance.
