THE TIMES PAGE SEVEN SUIT TO CONTEST WILL Mrs. Georgian rower Scott of Hammond has filed uit In the Superior court tl contest the will of her father, the late Georg p. Brower. She charges that undue influence was used on Mr. Scott to have him neglect her in drawing up the instrument. It is also alleged that he was of unsound mind at the time the will was executed. The defendants In the uit are Mra. Sarah M. Guild of Grand Ledge Mich., and the People's Co-Operat-lve State Bank of Hammond. Mr. Brower died May 7 and Mrs. Soott, Hi daughter, should hav been his sole heir, she says. On May 9, an instrument purporting to be Mr. Brower's l.st will and testament, was presented in Room 1 of the Hammond Superior court and admitted to probate. On May 10 the People's State Bank filed application for appointment as administrator. This also was granted. It was then that the preparations were made to carry out the terms of the will and trans fer all property, real, personal an J mixed to Mrs- Guild.
