The carbonatlng process, it Is said, keeps the air out of this ice cream and the result is greatly Increased purity. The growth of the Hydrox company in Chicago has been phenomenal. The plan of operations in Hammond were formulated with the same precision as those that have mad the Chicago business what it is today. The manufacturers are planning distribution facilities for practically all of northern Indiana.
