Just as a great city could be formed by the gathering together of the 1,600,000 electric light and power company aecurity holders, so cities actually existing are growing in size and progressing commercially and socially as their citizens realize the mutual interests of communities and electric light and powe companies. Through fair rates and fair treatment they are making it possible for these companies to attract capital with which to expand the continually increasing serrice demanded of them by progressive communities.
