Dear Mrs. Thompson: I am a young married woman cf twenty years and have two children, and my husband has deserted me. I must work hard to make a living for my children. I have my little girl of twenty-one months with me and I live with my parents. My little boy is in an infants' home and I pay his board. I put him out for adoption. Do you think it is thi proper thing to do ? I don't like to do it. But I think it is better to let some one give him a good home because it is worse to neglect him when I go out and work. My husband 'is ordered by court to pay for the children, but he does not. He is down south. I had a beautiful home only he would not provide for me. He would rather give girls flowers and candy than give me anything to eat. Another girl caused my home-breaking. She called him on the phone and made dates with him. He would never take me out and hs would alwavs he with thi3 girl. I asked for a divorce and I got it quickly. Do you think it was the right thing to give my babv for adoption? CHARMED. : To leave your hvrband was the only course open to you, since he was so faithless and did not provide for you. The fact that he is willing to disappear and leave you with the support of the children shows the kind of man he is. To pay toward the support of the children as the court ruled is the least he could do. i It is a grave question whether or not you should part with your little boy. I can see your point of view and unless there is some wa r for you to m:.ke a good home for the child, it seems to me, too, that he would be better off in a good home where he is wanted. Dear Mrs. Thompson: I am in love with a girl who says she loves me. I am a boy sixteen years old. She writes letters to another bov and tells him she loves him thj better. She will tell me the sam as she tells him. I love her very much, but am perplexed to know what to do. FAITHFULNESS. Y5u are giving too much thought to love for a sixteen-year-old boy. It is evident that the girl does not take either of you seriously. Try to think of her as a friend and stop talking of love. It doesn't mean anything at this early age. Dear Mrs. Thompson: I am twenty-one years old and am e'eeply in love with a young man with whom I keep company. I cannot understand him. Although he seems to care for rr.j and would do anything for me. !.e does not talk ef love and he goes with other girls, : too. 1 What can I do to find out just i how much he cares for me and if he does love me to make him propose? IN A HURRY. Love r.eeds to be 'handled with delicacy. To try to catch it and analyze it, would kill it. Ee satisfied to have the young man as a friend. Since he does not talk of love and marriage, it is evident he wants you to think of him as a friend only. I would advise you to go with other young men as well since he goes with other girls.

THE low price of the new Cleveland Six is all the more remarkable when its new style and smartness are (considered. Yet they are only a small part of its extraordinary value. It is one of the few really new and stylish cars of the year In every feature of the chassis, engineering skill has incorporated some improvement, some additional precision some new assurance of greater efficiency, that make this latest Cleveland Six an unexpectedly fine car. In the powerful, silent motor such features as silent chain drive, straight line manifold, double-valve springs, roller-lifters, wick lubrication of rocker arms, are exclusive or only found in much higher priced cars. This new Cleveland gives all the power, speed and riding comfort of far more expensive cars and in economy, there is no comparison.
