'and the glory of, an untamable, irresponsible boy, Speck Browrl, played by the freckiefaced stir." And "Wesley fairly revels In his portrayal or this character.'. He is first seen among rural surroundings, and. later he gets a taste of private tutoring that is accorded children of wealthy, parentage In the big cities. . The appeal of the theme of "School Days" is irresiatable (because it brings back to the older generation the days when, we were a couple of kids: to the youngsters wit serves as a treat because hey can witness one of their o,wn kind going through the pranks they themselves delight in. This production proves to the person who viewsxit that it really was written and staged expresly for the star, and goes a long way towards making coinedy features a success. Those who attended the first performance last evening were Burpriced as' well as pleasantly entertained with 'the introduction "of a new musical feature, the rendering of a solo by Frank Sering, corneti st. Barely had the strains of the various selections from Martha been completed by the orchestra., undar the direction of M. Coizi, conductor, when "M.ighty Lak A Rose" was played by Sering-. : We. have had the pleasure on; numerous occasions -.to hear many cornetits render . solos, hut was never more , favorably impressive that with Sering's rendition of this popular ballad. Evidently, the entire audience was of the same oplnjon, for Iby their generojs applause and favorable comments we take.it that this new feature was very well liked.

WHERE GAS IS STORED. After the gas is made uid purified, it if stored is large holders. When you see one of these holders slowly descending, you know that the gas being used in thousands of burners is drawing on its capacity. But while one holder is going down another is going up, so that we always have a plentiful reserve supply of gas on band. All of this requires care and attention day and night
