If required, the portions of said 150th and 151st Streets extending fifty feet east of the east line of said White Oak or Knotts Avenue), and thence In a southerly direction along a tract of land eighty feet wide, owned by the said corporation, to the Grand Calumet River. (2) That the said corporation further agrees tolay and at all times operate and maintain the said drainage or sewer system in such way as not interfere with any drainage sewer or water pipe which may hereafter be located upon, alontr or across the streets, or alleys Intersecting the said route, nor to interfere with any of the said drainage sewer or water pipes which are, or may hereafter be constructed along, over, or across said route by said City, or by any other person or corporation, or by the Government of the United States. (3) That the said corporation further agrees that If at any time In the laying;, or construction of any sewers, drains or water pipes, the said sewer system shall be found to interfere with the same, then the first party, its successors and assigns, will cause the said sewer system to be raised or lowered, as expeditiously as possible, as the said City may demand, upon thirty (30) days' notice In writing1 by said eecond party to said first party. (4) That the said corporation further agrees that when said sewer system shall be constructed and in operation there shall be permitted the connection therewith and the use and advantages thereof by the owners of the real property abutting upon these portions of the said White Oak or Knotts Avenue In said City of East Chicago, Indiana, where tho said system of drainage or sewerage is, by these presents, ordered, prescribed and authorized to be installed, constructed, maintained and operated in the samt manner, method and form and trj the same extent in all things as they might or could do in connection with the use or enjoyment by them of any other drainage or sewerage system In the said City of East Chicago, and upon such terms and conditions as to the construction of such connections as may be ordered and deemed proper by said second party by and thru Its then Board of Public Works. (5) That the said corporation further agrees that it, its successors and assigns will maintain the said sewer system In such a way as may be reasonable and proper, making good at its own expense all damages which may be -caused to the surface of the land on account of the construction, maintenance and repair of said sewer.
