Harvey is confined to his bed witji a bad cold, and denied himself to interviewers today. However, his secretary, .;owen. said the ambassador had no Knowledge of the Herald's report and had made no rlans at present for a trip to America. The HVrald report stated that President Harding had definitely decided to ask Ambassador Harvey to resign.
