Today the third suit growing out of . mechanic's lien on an automobile was filwl In the superior court at Hami mond. The plaintiffs are Walter Bros., proprietors of a garage at Merrill ville. "VVlrtsor Olson is defendant. Walter Brothers held the car of Olson on a mechanic's lien. He started a replevin .uit. t hrouph Attorney H. K. liranger. Walter liruthtrs were represented by Ired Grim-mor of C. Point. They reached an agreement before the suit wis called for trial and Olson promised not to prosecute. On January 20. 1920. It is alleged Attorney GraTijirer went into court and took a default Judgment holding the car to be worth $330 ami granting Olson ?50 (iamaif es. The Walters filed a new suit asking t'mt Judgment' in the first case be s?t aside. This time Olson ns represented by Attorneys Roe & TVttersori of East Chlcasro. An agreement was reached between the attorneys that the me.tter should not be tried until a date
