In otner words, Just the same as if he would purchase a new hat. This is just one Of the many uenefits that Is expended to the motoring public by the Hoosier State Automobile Association. Ther will be no plates mailed out of any of the offices, as thoy must present their certificate of title In person to receiv; same.
