Friends of Mr. Ueverldee are jrcttintr .ome what uneasy at his reticence In he matter of his candidacy. The statements of Democratic leadrs to the effect that they are not seekng party honors next year is being eceived with a threat deal of amusement of political circles. The last
meeting of the Democratic state lommlttee is being referred to as a "refusal session." Benjamin Bosse, state chairman, refused to be chairman again. Thomas TaKgart refused to run for the senate or any other office and Samuel M Kalston, former governor also refused. Dr. Carleton B. McCullooh, who ran for Governor last year said he had his "dream" and he did not want to "dream" any more, meaning that he would not ascalrr seek a nomination.
