Dr. Vernon Kellogg, who accompanied the first American Relief Administration food train into the famine districts of Russia, has just returned to the United States to report to the Hoover organization on conditions in that country of starving millions. Fitteen million peopl.. Dr. Kdlogjr says, are in imminent danger of death from hunger and another fifteen million are approaching tiie danger point of food shortage, unless America comes to their aid. In order that relatives in this country as well as others may have opportunity to save these people from certain extinction, the American Relief Administration has opened a Food Remittance Department at its otlices, 42 Broadway, New York, where foodstuffs to the value of from $10 to $50 can be purchased in $10 amounts for delivery to any individual in Russia.
