POLICE CHIEF'S WIFE BREAKS HER ARM

Mrs. W. A. Forbis of ti42 Johnson street and wife of Chief of Police Forbis of Gary, has reason to believe that ?he is most unfortunate. While hanging- curtains in her home Saturday afternoon Mrs. Forbis slipped and fell, breaking her left arm above the wrist Both bones were broken and the injury will keep her confined a month, or more. In another fall, Just aboujt a year ago, Mrs. Forbis had the misfortune to break several rib and suffered other painful bruises.
