Several times the man vailed on Judife lvowalskl and betfKed him to intercede with his wire and bring about reconciliation. The woman remained Steadfast In her refufal. Yesterday h ade the final call on the jsdpre and said that the affair was killing him and that unless Mrs. Zellar changed her mind he would end it nil. This morning he tried to we the woman, hut was refused admission to the house at which she was playingAt the home rtf h neighbor he obtained pti'fr and wrote a note. He then informed the neighbor that he was going to kill himself and that she could call the police whenever- she wanted as he would be dead before they arrived. The woman doubted him at first, but some time after he had leTt the house she notified Chief Xlt. The chief hurried to Kellar's home and found the man. writhing on a bed. He hud taken carbolic acid. Ir. Solomon Kerr was called, but the man died about fifteen minuta after his arrival. Zellar Was ifty-six years old.
