BREAK EAST CHICAGO C.OtP At 6:15 this morning the second and third regiments of th United States Army broke camp at the East Chicago -SfcJ arena field and continued their hike- to destination. The second reement is bound for Tort Sheridan, the third regiment to Fort Sneliing, Minnesota. These are troops from Camp Sherman, Chlllicothe, Ohio, en Inter-camp movement. The detachments of about 6"0 men arlved in East Chicago about 4:30 yesterday evening and pitched camp in the East Chicago fight arena field over night.
