Sincalir Consolidated Oil Corporation officials In New York, yesterday confirmed the report from Tulsa that the Sinclair Pipe Line Company has taken over all connections of the Texas Company in the Bird Creek district In Oklahoma through the purchase by the Sinclair Interests of the Texas Company's gathering: system In that section.
