AMERICANIZATION Dr. Goldman along with his Americaniaation work has taken hold of the u-nemployemnt situation in East Chicago district. The doctor has worked eut a number of plans to take care of the unemployed of East Chicago and Indiana Harbor, and next Tue:day will hold a meeting at the Eunnell Ford Kales room at the corner of Forsytho and 14Sth streets, -where the doctor will act as temporory chairman in organizing a permanent committee to tako charge of the details in securing and placing the unfortunate into positions. Realizing that the situation is very acute the doator Is looking forward of gaining the co-operation of a number of prominent business men to assist in this work. The Industries In the district -will be called upon to give preference to workmen living in East Chicago and Indiana Harbor and to notify the elected committee when vacancies occur. It Is said that the TriClty Employment Agency has promUed their co-operation in this movement.
