LIVE NEWS FROM THE TWIN CITIES

SELLIXU FWE ARMS Circumstantial evidence is being brought out daily that merchants and business places of East Chicago and Indiana Harbor are violating the city ordinance, that prohibits the sa.ie of Are arms and weapons to any persons without first recaivlng a permit, authorizing the purchase of same, from the ooard of safety. It is rossibi that if this ordinance is nt observed that a more stringent one will be adopted by the council. probably prohibiting the sale entirely of fire arms and weapons by every merchant and placing this privilege In the hands of the city government.
