Len Small, now "at large" with thrte uarrants out for his arrest, will probaiily have to face one or more women on the jury that will try him next It was harried today from a reliable source that the names of acores of San. gaiinon county womtn had placed in the September jury "wheel" from which will he drawn a jury for the Governor's trial. The wheel was closed today. It was announced from the office of State's attorney C. "red ilurtiirier that the state would not bar "women juro:?." On the other hand, it was Intimated that State's Attorney would welcome one or more women on the Jury. The attitude of the governor's legal advisers Is not known. There is still a pot.-!bi!ity, however, that the Governor will win a change of venue from the Sangamon county courts. Thi. effort will be orposid by the state.. The county authorities have adopted e "watchful waiting" policy toward the Governor and his array of lexai advisers. They are awaiting somo reply to the "unconditional surrender." Ultimatum sent to him at Chicasro two days apo. This ultimatum declared the etcivtrnor wuld have to submit tc arrest at the Sangamon County Court hou.
