NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN": That the Board of Public Works of the City of G.try, Lako County, Indiana, on the 18th d- of July. 1921. assessed benefits and awarded damages respectively to the following named persons, owners or holders of titles of, or Intercut in, the lota set opposite the name of each of said persons respectively, as benefits and damages on account ef the opening and widening of Twwity-FSfth Avnuo from the west line of Broadway to the cart line of Clark Street. The part of slid avenue which it Is desired and 13 necessary to open and widen is? described us follow: A strip of litnd thirty-live and scvoaty-slve hundredths fevt n width lying adjacent to and Immediately north ot the north line of Twenty-Fifth Avt nue o at present laid out and dedicated from the wo it line of Broadway to the fast line of Alley seven (7) West. also. A strip of land twenty-two feet (22') in width lying adjaet nt to and immediately north of the said north line of 25th Avenue from the west line of Alley 7 West to tile cast line of Harrison Street, also .
