Evan of Minneapolis who left that city yesterday In an aeroplane to fly to Chicago and for whose safety fears were felt, when they did not arrive at the exected time, were found today. They arrived late last night and landed on the outskirts of Chicago but did not report their arrival to their friends until this morning.

Express Co. Payrolls Reduced $8000,000

Pay-rolls of the American Railway Express Company will be reduced approximately SS.0G0.'00. annually, it i3 estimated today, as a result of wage reductions, for employes ordered by the United States Railway Labor Board. The board ordered a cut of 6 cents an hour, effective August 1. In the pay of approximately 50.000 workers. Increases of approximately 16 cents an hour were piven the erpress workers in 1920, hence the present reductions leaves them with 10 cents an hour more than they were receiving a year ago.

Dr. Frankcl is vice president of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. of N York and has had charge of tha welfare work in that institution foi years.
