Every boy is working for the mhlrni on the Toncacoo belt . Also every tent, elf ts. a boy to the evening: council. Th council makes suggestions and criticisms concernrng- the camp. A report of this council is referred the tent leaders in the morning and this body makes the laws of the camp, supervised by the staff.
