Plans for the reguilding of parts of the O. K. Glaif Battery corporation destroyed ty r.re were announced at the annual meeting of stockholders of the corporation and meeting of the newly elected board of directors afterwards. A greatly strenp.TT.ened board and one whose members comprise almost every line of business activity, was chosen at the stockholders meeting, which was attended by over two hundred stockholders, and wnich was held at the plant of the company on west S'lnth' avenue.
