Little Calumet river shortly after the wardens had grabbed two men who were fishing from the bridge near the scene of the seining. "Who said ws didn't get those birds?" ask Mr. Barber. "You just tell them that Warden Frank Lapham and my. self were right there. The 'foreign speaking gents' were Stanley Borycon, Stanley Pisj and Jos Thonas. We arrested them for fishing with a net and took them before a Justice of peace who soaked them $39 each."
