Mr. and Mrs. Hall in company with Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Kln?ely had cone to a small mountain resort to spend the dnjr. Charging that her husband threatened her life on divers and various occasions, was very Jealous, and accused her of associating with other men, Josephine Bielatov. Uz has filed suit f- r divorce in the Gary Iake Superior court. The complaint further alleges that John came home irt a drunken condition one night and threw a fork at his wife. This capped the climax and Josephine now wants a divorce. Plaintiff asks for $1,000 alimony. $40 a- month attorney fees pending settlement of the FViit. John is employed as an oiler on the R.
