POLICE REVEAL SICKENING- CASE One of the mot sickening- cases ever brought to the attention of the Gary police was revealed following the arret of two colored men, Charles Stamps and Melrrood Parson in the Gary police court before Judge Diinn this morning. Both confessed to their peculiar attachment to persons of their own ex.

The charge first brought against them ws charged to provocation. Thr-y were found guilty, fined $5 and co.ts and given short notice to get out of the city and make themselves scarce.

Judge Anderson of the Federal court acted quickly yesterday on a petition for a restraining order against the receiver of the Johnson Motor Wheel Co., of South Bend, in order to thwart a little deal which creditors said had been planned whereby th factory was to be offered for sale and purchased back by the company at the lowest possible figure. , The restraining order was issued by Judge Anderson and later a new receiver may be appointed to displace tho one which was named by the Superior court of St. Joseph's county.
