The Kappa Delta Gammas are completing arrangements for their annual May dance, which will be held Wednesday, May 25, at the Lyndora. Like last years affair it is expected to be one of the nicest dancing parties or the season. The Juvenile party given by the Ladles' Oriental Shrine was a huge success and Mrs. Garbett of Gary made a very charming hostess. CROWN POINT, Ind.. May 20. Jonn Kadar of East Chicago was found ni t guilty of manslaughter In the criminal court on Thursday morning, the Jury deciding Kadar's fate, remaining an hour. Kadar ran over and killed Julia Sleja in East Chicago last November. However the Jury decided that Kadir was not responsible for the accident.

THREE DAMAGE SUITS BEGUN Three damage suits involving the wrecking of automobile trucks were filed in the superior court at Hammond today by Attorney Fred .Harnett. Two are against the H. W. & E. C. street railway and the other is against the Erie railroad.

SAD ACCIDENT TO LITTLE BOY Little Bobbie Wyman. 7 year old stm of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Wyman. 30 152nd street. West Hammond, wis seriously injured yesterday afternoon when he was struck by the car belonging to Waiter rtobinherst, 94 Dyer boulevard.
