Myers, Gallk, Buckaleer, Tim, Foust, Blumenthal, West. Johnson, ChupeU, Foster, Glegg, Thompson, Fried le. Manager Glegg- very enthusiastically states that tho abeve lineup will make -without a. doubt, one of the best teams that the Twin Cities has had for many years. Very near aJl tho above mentioned men have played sometime or other fajt ball, including professional and Independent while some of the others have starred In baseball over eeajj with the V. S. Army with such teams as were representing the douffhboy over there at that time which need no explanation. All of us rtunember those leagues l'aris. l,e Mans. Neice, Anger, St. Nazaire. Tours, Bordeaux and divisions from the Army of Occupation. No names will be grlven Just at this time as to who were the players but the real thing Is to Impress on the minds of all the baseball fans of the Twin Cities and Hammond, that we have some real talent to show you this year. No games will be played until the first of May and who the first opponent will be Is not yet ascertained. Tho merchants of Indiana Harbor are contributing freely to the support of this team and Manager Olegg- expects to turn the team out with new uniforms of a snappy design. ALL SAINTS WIN FROM WENTWORTH TASt Friday nlgrht In a five inning g-am of a nine liming schedule All Saints won from "VVentworLh Kighth OTade by a forfeit. After tho first five Innings. Wentwrorth. was ahead so All Saints changed pitchers. Boyle replacing Rice. "When All Saints came out In the first of the sixth with Koylq in box. TVentworth refused to continue the game, and said they had only aTetd to play five inningrs which was not true. It is the common opinion of all that "U'entworth was afraid to play, with Boyle In the box. Rice's pitching- deserves credit, tmt It Is plain that "VVontwrirth was afraid of Roylo as they said: "From experience." The lineup for All Saints was aa follows: Oxroll, S. B.: Doolln, C. P. ; "Walle, 3rd B.; Boyle, L.. F. ; Rice. P.; Young. 2nd B. ; Holly. R. F. ; McCambridge. 1st B. ; Gallagher, C. Do you ever think of your gas meter as an open book in which your account with this company is kept? That is exactly what it is. It is placed in your home so that you may check the amount of your purchase of gas and keep track of aqy increase or decrease in the use of this household necessity. Read your meter yourself and be convinced that you are getting what you pay for. It i3 easy to do if you follow these instructions: Get from your last gas bill the date on which your meter was

read the last time. On the same day of the current month,

tcotsTERiNC MEtHNNisH J or the day the meter reader calls, look at your meter dials

and do three things: First Ignore tha small dial t the top. - It Is need only in tests. Second Reading from left to right, put" down the smaller cf the two figures next to the hand on each large dial. On the dials shown above these are 516. Third Add two ciphers to the figures taken from the dial (which makes in this case 51600) and from these figures subtract last month's meter reading as shown on jour last gas bill. The result will be th cubic feet of gas used during the month.
