Prices have been reduced. They are lower tww than they Trerc. How much lower do you, want them to go? Are they fair NOW or nnut they go still lower to be regarded as fair? When we feel that prices are fair, we BUY. Wfe need buying for our mutual and general prosperity. Therefore we need fair prices. But, if we are to judge whether or not prices are FAIR, we slhould first have a clear and full understanding of what we mean by FAIR.

Around the Circile When we consider the FAIRNESS of prices, we think naturally and FIRST of the amount of money- in dolkirs and cents that goes oat of our pocket. But when ve realize that LOW prices, . if pushed low enough. MUST mean low WAGES and SALARIES, then we are fairlv sure that we don't want to go the LIMIT! We don't want to carry the thing TOO far!

What Do Wc Want? Prices have been high TOO HIGH. But they are LOWER now. And isn't THAT what we want? Don't we want LOWER prices, instead of LOW prices? And, isn't that about what we've GOT, right NOW? If it IS, it might be wise to accept these lower prices in the spirit they are offered. And begin to BUY at these prices, And try, thereby, to stabilize and maintain them which means, likewise, to stabilize and maintain wages and salaries!

When we carry ANYTHING to an extreme, we usually get hurt as badly as the other fellow. The fact is that whatever I do, or you do. affects someone else -for good or for ill. Helps One, Helps All If wise and prudent buying NOW, will help everybody else, it will help CL . If BUYING, starting with you, sweeps on around the CIRCLE and comes br.ck to you AS IT WILL isn't it about time to be promoting your own welfare, by BUYING? Purchases, needlessly withheld, hurt the retailer first. Tli at is true. But. if everybody does it, then the retailor must hint the jobber- and the jobber the manufacturer- and then we ALT, get hurt. What hurts one, hurts ALL!
