Mr?. Bessie Fagen. S410 Michigan ave., Kast Chicago, is asking for a divorce from her husband, William J. Fagen. The complaint which ha be?n filed in the Hammond Superior court by Attorney John C. Stephen, states that they were married June IS, 1919, and separated February 1, of this year. Mrs. Fagen says that shortly after their marriage William started swearing at her and that she was not accustomed to hearing such language. Ho would go to dances but would never take her with him. although he well frnew that she liked to dance. Since their child was born he continued to neglect Ms family ajid refused to look at the baby when she called hla attention to the fact that the child was trying to attract his attention. She asks for l,B0O alimony, the custody of the child and $350 a year for its support.
