Notice is hereby given to th taxpayers of the City of Hammond. Indiana, end all others concerned, that the Board of School Trustees of said City, has determined to issue bonds for the purpose of acquiring and paying for two school building site;;, described as follows, namely: lots One (1 to Thirty four (34) inclusive.
