IT, vert today arrested on warrants charging1 first degrree murder In connection with the killing' of her hus tsnd. Albert I. McClaskej-. a wealthy resident of this place early Monday riornlnT. The coroners Jury returned a. vcr dlot In the case finding that the "de ceased came to h!s death by gunshot Tvounds, and that the weapon was fired by Ma wife, or some person known to her." The widow testified at the Inquest that McCIaskey was shot by a masked prowler, who broke Into their home In the night. The jury was unable to corroborate the testimony. It was claimed. The McClaskeys separated about a year ago. the husband filing suit for divorce, which later was dropped. Recently McClaskey. It is said, increased lils Ufa Insurance from $12,000 to 133,000.
