Jsas returned from a visit with relatives in Kentucky. He was released on a J5" bond to appear today for trial. The Owl Club will have open house this Thursday evening: on which occasion the JenkfTTs' Orphan Colored Band of Charleston. S. C. who delighter the audience at the Congregational chjrch on Sunday evening, will te the entertainers. The Jenkins orphan band are famous throughout the United States and have occupied a cor.spic.ous place in inaugural and special parades and are capable of giving a fine program.
