A number of Mrs. Earl BuehWs friends and relatives stepped in at her home at Forsyth to help celebrate her birthday on Friday afternoon. The afternoon was most pleasantly spent and a very appetizing luncheon was served. Mrs. Buehler received many pretty gifts in remembrance of the day . Word has been received from Miss Margaret Et'.ing. who isin the Fresh Air sanitarium at Rogers Park, that she is much improved in health and that hs is able to be up and around the grounds the first time in over a year, having been confined to her bed during that time. Her great improvement will be welcome news to her many friends here. Miss Wilhelmlne Koschnicke has been unable to attend to her duties at the Lets Mfg. company during the past week on account of a severe attack of tonsilitis. Miss Mary Francis Eder is recovering nicely from an operation for the removal of her tonsils which was performed by Dr. Iddings of Lowell las-t week.
