In an inspection u ip Mr. Tucker' discovered that twenty filling: stations! cut of twenty-8ve have been iivinul
incorrect measures. One pump registered five and one-half quarts short in every five gallons while anjllvr pump gave the customer an extra pint with every pallon. Owners of the filling- nations state that they were ignorant "f the error and were informed after Mr. Tucker had adjusted the pumps that if it occurred again and could catch them he would see that they were arr-stcj and prosecuted.
