News Service) BERI-JN", July 31 Germany lies today at tr.e mercy of Bolehevik Russia, in a military sense, according to Gen. Einrich Ludendorff, former quarter-rr.aster-sreneral of the German army, chief of staff to Field Marshal Von Hindenburg. and noted during- the war as "the brains of the German army." Gen. Ludendorft declared that th frontier of East Prussia, where the Russians are reported to have massed 5.009 troops, is virtually unprotected and that the "reichswehr'' the present standing army of Germany. is no match for the veteran and powerful army of soviet Germany. Gen.
