This - amendment was our. corporated in the bill by Senator Nejdl. APPLY TO ROAD tOXTBACTS It is pointed out that this provision will apply to all road contracts that have been let this year. These contracts have been taken on the assumption that the contractors would have to dispose of the bonds at a 10 per cent loss and the contract prices havts been inflated accordingly. If this provision Is permitted to stand th bonds will be accepted later this year, will bear the per cent Interest, and will be - .-.1 a at njir . The contractors will.
