Mr. and Mrs W". S. Burge was called to "Wheeler station, on account c-f the serious illness of their aunt, Mrs. Henry Eurge. last Wednesday. There was not as large a crowd attended the Parent-Teachers meeting as usual owing to measles and sickness, but the program was good, although some changes had U be made. The little Franze girls played a duett. Mrs. B'atchley'9 paper was fine. A quartette by the young- girls was also good. Mr. F. M. "vVhitr.ey. Mrs. Eason's brother, from Columbus. Ohio, gave a fine talk on Parent-Teachers' meeting and what they were doing in Columbus and made some suggestic-ns that will be followed in the near future no doubt.
