The City, authorities' a yet have not decided even in their own minds just what type of improvement should be used. First, cost should not be a eoirtre-l-linr item in making improvements, but it is certainly an item which should be eonsidered . This cost cannot be determined until after Monday morning, June 14. when bid will be received and opened by the Board of Works'. The city authorities request that every property owner affected by this improvement meet in the council chambers bers. City Kail. June 15, at eight p. m.
