Junk Dealer Charged with CrueltyAbe Gershman. 451 Sihley street. Junk dealer, who was robbed of $21 Tuesday night when theives entered his room while he slept, was arrested yesterday by Officer Howard Bell and rharced with cruelty to animals and peddling without a license.
