BISHOP SILVER'S A IT En SAT The twenty. fifth anniversary of the consecration of Bishop Whits was observed In St. James parish. South Bend on Wednesday and Thursday of this veek. A complimentary banquet introduced the occasion held in the Rotary Club room of the Hotel Oliver. 147 guests were assembled around the festal board. The honored guests, the Bishop and Mrs. White and their six children, the speakers for the evening and the. members of the anniversary committee were seated at the main table. The r.tv. K. W.
