We Slave purchased a factory at Griffith near the 80 acres where we are to build our plant.

We have remodeled this plant, putting in a number of additional windows to give us more light, we hae orric'cd the necessary machinery with which to make our tools to be used in the manufacture of Leonard Tractors. Some of this machinery is here, the balance is on the road and will be here most any day. We will build about one dozen tractors while we are making the tools, as the Company will test each piece of tool-making ' hmery as each particular tool is finished. We will be in this temporary factory within a few days, at work. We want our stockholders and friends to keep in touch with the progress we arc making. Manx substantial people are becoming interested in this enterprise, and we want the people of th" Calumet reckon to have the opportunity to secure a portion of this t-toc k before it is too late and while the price is low, a - we feci that we are selling this stock below the actual value at this time. We can show an auditor's report that the stock is worth, conservatively, $14.00 per share, and you now have the chance of buying it at $10.00 per share. Within a short time this stock wi!l be raised as the development at the factory progress.

Remember, the profits in this wonderful industry are assured to the stockholders. We have orders and inquiries that will take the output for the next year or two, so it is only a question of getting the money in rapidly and completing our plant.
