If there is a mortgage on your property you are entitled to a reduction in taxes. In order to procure this reduction it is necessary that an affidavit, stating the facts, be filed with the County Auditor. The cost of filing this affidavit is small and the sewing is considerable. These affidavits must be filed during the months of March and Apri 1. We now have a supply of the blank forms and are prepared to look after this business for you at a minimum cost. Taxes Must Be Paid Before the First Monday in May Our Tax Duplicate gives complete description of properties and we can look after Taxes to your advantage and save you the annoyance and inconvenience of a trip to Crown Point. Any information regarding mortgage affidavits or tax matters can he had at our bank. We are open Tuesday and Friday evenings of each week until 8 o'clock, and would be pleased to have you call. We Have Had Years of Experience in Tax Matters and are able to give you efficient service
