I INTERNATIONAL NEWS SERVICtl ALBAXV. N. V.. March 31 Tumultuous scenes were enacted In the assembly this afternoon In the opening of the fight to unseat the five s'ocialisf metnbei!. Long before the debate on the legality of unseating the members wa reached the members of the house engaged in a wordy, two-hour wrangle on the matter of postponing a vote. Si riotous became the proceedings that Speaker Sweet, af t er nou ndi ng f jr considerable time finally said: "The members of this house are conducting themselves In a dlsorlerly manner. It Is more like a riot than orderly procedure. I appeal to members to be gentlemen and true representatives of your state and your d istricts." The trouble started when Representative llamill. of New York, moved that a vote on the unseating of the memb'rs be postponed until tomorrow. He said be had not had a chance to examine the majority report of the committee recommending the Socialists expulsion and bis claim was backed up by other members. His motion was lost. 41 to SO. Then. Representative McCue, Tammany member from New Tork. moved a two-hour reces and started conducting a one-man filibuster against the vote being taken today.
