Indiana JIarbor, following the filing of a petition for Involuntary bankruptcy by ineberg Brothers and other Chicago creditors. The creditors charge that Hlumenthal owes Sio.oo snd that he has offered to settled for 10 cents on the dollar. The creditors chose bankruptcy on a chance of getting a larger share.
