The cases set for trial the first day are those of Arthur M. Dearth, Mike Zron. William Gorman. Karol Mlchlaski. Felii Miller. Alex Gorski, J. B. Cox and James O'Meara. Most of the cases are against alleged violators of the prohibition laws.

It is thought that it will be nearly a month before there will be enough coal in the city to warrant the lifting of the coal restrictions and lighting regulations, and It will be Just as necessary to oonserve fuel. According to Mr. Dalton it Is possible that there will be a shortage of care fur shipments as every manufacturer In the county will clamor for coal with which to re-open their plants.
