The musical part of the program, was triven by Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Funk?-, Jr.. of Gary. Arthur Zehtener. Mrs. Mlkesch and Cieorse Summers. The music was as fallows: violin solo, Mr. Zehetner: solo. Mr. 1'unkey. from the opera PnRllnci-l. entitled "The Sweetest Flower That Plows"; so;o Mrs. Funkey (a) "A Bird of Paradise." Hadyn Wood; (b) "I Bid My Ixve;" (d) Harelot. After the music which was indeed a delicht. Tlinmas Brooks Fletcher was announced, who talked very intertalninp!y for two hours on "The Mod'l of Fools." Mr. Fletcher Is reported to be the greatest tragedian lecturer upon Uie American platform today. He verv ably demonstrated his ability. Ills lec'ure was full of fine metaphors and eharmlnfir pictures of both pathos and humor rendered In such a masterful manner and in such rapid succession that he was able to carry his audienre to the highest plane of comedy and tragedy.
