Smith has a Rood organization and the Ciiy has been divided into three divisions with a committe in chaise of eah. These divisions are; the Neighborhood Division with Mrs. George Hay as its bead: the Husiness I'strlct Division, with Roy Green in charge: and the Factories Division, which is in the hsnds of 3lr. Humphreys. Excellent workers have been assigned, and there Is no question that Wbitinsr will come out on top. Last Sunday morning, there was a meeting- at which Mrs. Georye Hay cf the Neighborhood District, Mr. James Nedjl. who has charge of securing 1920 memberships and Il isBel F.
