SEYMOUR Circulation of a peUtion demanding the removal of Ralph Goss as superintendent of the Medora school' has resulted in the resignation of Goss and his wife, who is a teacher, according to advices received here. MADISON Quarantine has been established on the farm of George Bertsch and on two adjoining farms because of the discovery of anthrax in Bertsch s herd of cattle.
