Reports of Inspectors Cases or abused children investigated. 66; cases of abused horses Investigated. 100: rases of other abused animals. 33: eas'-s turned over to probation officer. 4A: secured aid for ror persons, 6f; work fout.d for women and girls. C'l; work fourd for men and boys, 10; penitentiary cases, 1; convtction for wife beating. 1: cases of neglect of aged people. by the inspectors and no one who is not on the Inside knows the good that has been dono by tho Lake County Humane Society. Still more will be dono duriu the ensuing year.
